Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping destination. Few of our products are shipped from our international offices and will take 10-12 days to reach you .
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customs duties or import taxes
Some products are shipped from our International warehouses and may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Saree Finishing
Are your sarees ready to wear?
Yes. All our sarees come ready to drape with professional pico & fall finishing.
What is pico & fall finishing?
Pico finishing secures the edges of the saree, while fall adds weight to help the saree drape beautifully and maintain its shape.
Blouse Stitching
Do you offer blouse stitching?
Yes, we offer tailored blouse stitching as an optional service.
Will the blouse fit perfectly?
Blouses are stitched based on the standard measurements (38-42). However, minor alterations may sometimes be required for the perfect fit. Blouse stitching is offered as a convenience service. Ishq by Isha is not responsible for fitting adjustments required after delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
We currently do not offer refunds.
Can I exchange my order?
In genuine cases, we may offer an exchange as an exception. Each request is reviewed individually.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in case of exchanges.
What conditions must the item meet for exchange?
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- With original packaging
Product Appearance
Will the colors look exactly the same as the photos?
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in color may occur due to:
- lighting during photography
- screen settings on different devices
- natural characteristics of the fabric
Many of our products feature traditional craftsmanship. Slight variations in weave, texture, or pattern are part of the beauty of handcrafted textiles and make each piece unique.
These differences are not considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Fabric & Craftsmanship Variation Policy - Many of our pieces are crafted using traditional weaving and textile techniques. As a result, slight variations in weave, texture, or motif placement may occur.
